Thirty minutes on phone or Google Meet. The goal is to figure out whether the fit is real between what the operator is trying to do and the kind of work this consultancy actually delivers. Before the call, please prepare basic operating KPIs: gross gaming revenue (or expected GGR if pre-launch), bets placed per month, FTDs per month, retention at seven days and at thirty days, your current markets and target markets, your current licensing position and any active applications.
If you do not have all of those numbers, send what you have. The call structure is straightforward: ten minutes on the operator side (what is the operator, where are you in your stage, what is the situation you want to discuss); ten minutes on the consulting side (whether this is something I can help with, what shape that help would take, what it would look like to start); ten minutes on practical questions (timing, pricing, structure, what the first month or first diagnostic would deliver). If the fit is not right, I will say so on the call.
Both sides save time. There is no follow-up sales pressure. WhatsApp is the fastest way to set up the call.
