henkwolff.com is operated by Henk Wolff, trading as an independent iGaming strategy consultancy registered in the Netherlands. For privacy questions, contact +31 6 23163915 on WhatsApp or use the contact page. Under GDPR, the operator of the site is the data controller for any personal data the site processes.

What data the site collects

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you visit any page, Cloudflare logs the request as a matter of operational necessity. The log entry typically includes your IP address, the time of the request, the page URL, your browser user agent, and the referring page. These logs are kept for a short period and used solely to investigate technical errors, abuse, or security incidents.

The site does not collect contact form submissions because there is no contact form. The primary contact channel is WhatsApp, governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy in addition to this one.

Cookies

The site sets no third-party tracking cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics, used to measure traffic, does not use cookies and does not fingerprint visitors. The site does not require a cookie consent banner because it does not set any cookies that would require consent under the EU ePrivacy Directive.

The site does not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party analytics tool. There are no advertising cookies, retargeting cookies, fingerprinting scripts, or session replay tools.

Third-party services loaded by the site

The site loads the Inter font from Google Fonts. Google Fonts processes a request from your browser to fetch the font file. According to Google, font requests do not set cookies and are not tied to a Google account.

Your rights under GDPR

If you are in the EU or the UK, you have the right to request access, correction, deletion, portability, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, message me on WhatsApp or use the contact page. Given how little data the site collects, most of these requests will resolve very quickly.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

Legal basis for processing

The legal basis for the minimal processing the site does is legitimate interest. Where you initiate a conversation through WhatsApp, the legal basis becomes performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request.

International transfers

The site is hosted on Cloudflare's global edge network. Cloudflare offers EU data residency commitments and operates under standard contractual clauses for international transfers. The Google Fonts request may transfer the IP address briefly to Google's servers, which are subject to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of the page will be updated and the change will be reflected in the policy text.
