1. About this site

henkwolff.com is operated by Wolff Capital Holding EOOD, UIC 208898061, registered in Bulgaria with its registered office in Burgas. It trades as Henk Wolff. On this site, "I" and "Henk" refer to the consultant; "the consultancy" refers to Wolff Capital Holding EOOD.

Using the website means accepting these terms in full. If any part of them is unacceptable to you, do not use the website.

2. Information on this site

Case studies, insights, licence guides, market reference material and commentary are general information. They are not legal, financial, regulatory or commercial advice for any specific operator or situation, and no operator should act on them for a specific decision without a formal engagement and advice written for that situation.

Case studies are anonymised summaries of work performed. Operator names, identifying market detail and commercially sensitive figures are removed. Results described are the results of that engagement and do not predict the results of another. Summaries of live work describe work in progress, and the targets stated in them change as the work does.

Licence guides, market data and regulatory commentary reflect the position as understood on the date each page states. Regulation moves. Costs, timelines, tax rates and operational requirements are accurate to the best of my knowledge at the time of writing and should be confirmed with the regulator itself before any decision is taken on them.

3. Engagement of services

The website describes engagement structures and pricing in general terms. An actual engagement is governed by a separate written engagement letter between the consultancy and the client. Nothing on this website is an offer to provide services on specific terms; terms are agreed during scoping.

Prices shown on the website are guide figures and change. The price for an engagement is the one in the engagement letter for that engagement.

Every engagement is subject to agreement at the scoping stage, and the consultancy may decline one at its discretion, including where the operator profile does not fit the practice, where it conflicts with an existing client, or where it is not going to be worth what it costs you.

4. Free diagnostics

By completing a free diagnostic offered on this site, including the website audit, you agree that:

• your answers are accurate to the best of your knowledge;
• the result is general feedback and not advice written for your situation;
• your answers and the result reach the consultancy and may be used to follow up;
• no commercial relationship arises from using the diagnostic on its own;
• anonymised, aggregated data from submissions may be used for benchmarking and for published content, with nothing that identifies an individual operator.

5. Confidentiality and references

Confidentiality within an engagement is governed by the engagement letter for it, which normally includes mutual non-disclosure. Expect substantive protection during the engagement and after it.

Case studies are published either with the operator's consent or anonymised enough that the operator cannot be identified. References for specific engagements can be provided on request, under appropriate confidentiality.

6. Intellectual property

The written content, design, frameworks, methodologies and visual assets on this website belong to Wolff Capital Holding EOOD or are used under licence. They may not be reproduced, redistributed or used commercially without written permission.

You are free to apply the general principles described here to your own operation. Engagement-specific frameworks and tools are licensed to the client as part of that engagement, on the terms in its engagement letter.

7. Third-party content and links

This site names third-party tools, vendors, regulators and operators for context. Naming one is not an endorsement, a partnership or a commercial relationship unless it explicitly says so. The consultancy is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party content or for the operation of sites linked to from here.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. It is not warranted to be uninterrupted, error free or free of malicious code, and you use it at your own risk.

To the maximum extent the law allows, the consultancy excludes liability for direct, indirect, consequential or special loss arising from using this website or from being unable to use it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The consultancy provides strategy and advisory services. It holds no gambling licence, is not a regulated gambling operator, and operates no consumer-facing gambling product. It advises operators who hold the licences for the markets they serve.

Personal data is processed as described in the privacy notice, which forms part of these terms. Submitting a form on this site means the information in it is processed as that notice describes.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria, and disputes connected with them or with the use of this website are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts. Where you deal with the consultancy as a consumer, this does not remove any protection given to you by the mandatory law of the country you live in.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms change from time to time. The current version is always the one at this URL, with the date at the top of the page. Continuing to use the website after a change means accepting the version then published.
