Pricing for serious iGaming consulting work falls in a defined band. Single-market retainer engagements (one regulated market, full operator-side scope) typically run from around EUR 15,000 per month for established operator clients to higher numbers where complexity warrants. Two-market engagements scale to roughly EUR 25,000 per month.

Three-market partner relationships sit around EUR 32,500 per month, which is roughly EUR 12,500 less than three singles bought separately - the bundle economics is the strongest commercial argument. Engagement length is usually 12-18 months. Diagnostic-only engagements (two to four weeks, scoped output) run separately at a project rate.

Equity-only structures exist for the right operator profile and stage but are case-by-case. The reason no consultant publishes a fixed price list is that every operator is in a different shape: a Tier-2 multi-market operator entering Maine needs different scope than a pre-IPO platform repositioning in Germany, even though both might be described as "market entry consulting". The realistic floor for getting useful operator-side strategic work done is EUR 5,000 per month for diagnostic scope; a retainer below that figure is almost certainly buying you part-time advisory time rather than someone running the operating model with you.

Equity-instead-of-cash arrangements work in specific cases. Referral fees from partner vendors are never taken - the recommendations are operator-side, not vendor-side.
