Lithuania regulates remote gaming through the Law on Gambling, overseen by the Gaming Control Authority (LPT). A remote gaming operator requires a licence, a remote gaming permit and approved game rules. VMI publishes a €500,000 one-off licence fee and 22% remote gambling tax from January 2025.
